; The objective of this research was to study the creative process and individualtechniques of T.V. drama script writing. The researcher used a qualitative approach byin-depth interviewing 6 T.V. drama script writers. In addition, textual analysis was usedto analyze the content of 12 T.V. drama scripts broadcasted during 2005-2007.Research findings are original scripts, plots and themes, together with some subplotsadded later to meet the required time for the drama production (30 hrs.) were used.Moreover, the script writing process consists of building inspiration, reading,researching, creating a plot, treatment, scenario and play-text.90 313 - PublicationThe Causal Model of Psychological Traits which influence Interpretation of Aggressiveness and Sex in Television Dramas(Chulalongkorn University Printing House, 2009)
; This study aimed to develop a causal model of psychological traits and interpretationof aggressiveness and sex in television dramas for Thai adolescents. The samplegroup was adolescents studying during the second semester in the academic year of2006. The sampling total of 1,808 was selected by using the multistage samplingtechnique. Literature review, research analysis and a survey method were used tocollect data. The major findings were that psychological traits had a direct link totelevision drama selection or interpretation. However, attitudes had both a direct andindirect effect on television drama selection or interpretation. Behavior from exposureto television drama had an indirect effect on television drama selection orinterpretation. Considering the total direct and indirect effects on interpretation ofaggressiveness and sex in television dramas, psychological traits had the most effect,followed by behavior from exposure to television dramas and attitude respectively.5 56
