Abstract
The objective of this research was to study the creative process and individualtechniques of T.V. drama script writing. The researcher used a qualitative approach byin-depth interviewing 6 T.V. drama script writers. In addition, textual analysis was usedto analyze the content of 12 T.V. drama scripts broadcasted during 2005-2007.Research findings are original scripts, plots and themes, together with some subplotsadded later to meet the required time for the drama production (30 hrs.) were used.Moreover, the script writing process consists of building inspiration, reading,researching, creating a plot, treatment, scenario and play-text.
