Abstract
Thailand is the world’s largest rice exporting country. Rice production in Thailand is the number 6 in the world for rice with 400 to 420 million ton. Many strategies were proposed and used for sustainable development of Thai rice. However, the overall model for controlling and development of rice quality has not been available. Therefore, key attributes of rice quality chain were presented and a production process model for development of rice quality in Thailand was constructed, in this study. This model would be advantage for promoting of Thai rice economic.
