Abstract
The objective of this research is to study the relationship of continuing professional development, career satisfaction and career success of Thai auditors. The data were collected with a questionnaire from 81 auditors. Multiple regression analysis was used for analyzing the hypothesis testing. The results indicated that continuing professional development positively related to career success, and career satisfaction partially related positively to career success. This corresponds with the hypothesis.
