Abstract
This research paper discusses an investigation of method for controlling thermoelectric cooling system by using electro-thermal model. The model is simulated by PSPICE program and the result shows in terms of its characteristic and load line diagram. The results illustrated in the characteristic and load line diagram show that the method can be categorized into two: constant heat exchanger value at hot side and constant temperature different between hot and cold sides control From the result. It is shown that the operating point of thermoelectric cooling system (for changing the controlling method)can be determined. and this is an advantage over the mathematical method.
