Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study knowledge of computer related offencesamong 490 undergraduate computer science students in private universities in theBangkok Metropolis. The instruments utilized in this research had two parts, aquestionnaire and testing. The purpose was to examine students’ knowledge of theComputer Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007), Section 1. The data collected were analyzed bysoftware SPSS using percentage, means, and standard deviations, t-test and Chisquare.The level of significance for the questionnaire was 0.05. The difficultyindex and discrimination index for the quality of the test was analyzed by softwareTAP. The results from this research are that (1) most of the students had knowledgeof the Act at a medium, good, weak and excellent level respectively, (2) the studentsof different genders had similar knowledge, and (3) students at different educationallevels had different knowledge.
