Abstract
The importance of developing coastal roadways in Thailand’s eastern seaboardprovinces is strategic for linking and establishing a complete transport network. It alsosupports sustainable tourism strategies and encourages economic growth in a groupof eastern provinces. The objective of the study was to explore appropriate corridorsand roads from Mae Pim Beach, Rayong province to Jom Thien Beach, Chonburi. Itscreened roads by using the Geographical Information System (GIS) and then selectsroads suitable for traveling and identifies networks with Multi-Criteria Analysis (MCA).The factors cover traffic and transport, economic issues, the environment and tourism.
