ถ้ามีการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังที่ดีและเหมาะสมจะสามารถช่วยลดต้นทุนให้กับบริษัทได้ ดังนั้นงานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อต้องการศึกษาสาเหตุของปัญหาของสินค้าคงคลังที่อยู่ในปริมาณไม่เหมาะสมอันส่งผลกระทบยอดชายและต้นทุนขององค์กร
