Abstract
Application of the productivity improvement concept for profitability analysis of a condominium project is an effective management resource in order to increase products quantities and values. Measuring the productivity in any process or activity focuses on input and output based on Total Productivity Efficiency by analyzing linked profits in terms of Profit-Linked Productivity Measurement, which has two main issues for consideration. Firstly, Technical Efficiency is to evaluate alternatives or approaches to allocate and minimize resource use by eliminating non-value-added activities and increasing value to certain activities that meet the required results. Secondly, Input Trade-off Efficiency, also called Allocation Efficiency is to assess which choices provide the lowest cost of the overall resource use. Analyzing the productivity for any process and activity to manage costs is based on an ABM approach. The output process is to use an activity, and the activity requires resources or input. There are two components of the productivity process: 1) Resource Efficiency or Activity Efficiency and 2) Activity Output Efficiency. Analyzing activities is the most important process of the value analysis, which emphasizes three main issues: efficiency, quality, and timeliness, and this is a continuous process that reduces costs and improves competitiveness.
