Studying problems and defining strategies for solvingproblems of delivering supplier’s products is presented inthis paper. A scope of this study is focused on theproblems for delivering raw materials of products whichare gingers of the suppliers. The objective is to study thecharacters and effects of such problems for deliveringsupplier’s products having a result in a procedural processof factories, and to define the strategy of solutions. Forthe results in this study, the problems of deliveringsupplier’s products mostly comes from unbalancedrelationship between a process of an order and a supply ofraw materials; therefore, an improvement of the processof the order is proposed through the use of making aannual contract with the suppliers and reporting adesirable quantity per a year in order that the supplierscan plan early to supply the raw materials for a long time.A proposed production plan also is to make an adjustmentof time into harvest seasons for solving the problem of aquality of raw materials and for making the suppliersdelivering the desirable quantity offered by the factories.A company can control a cost of ordering the rawmaterials because of an agreement of an annual cost.There also is no lack of the raw materials for theproductions; thus, the company can deliver the products toa customer in time and make the customer moresatisfactory.
