Abstract
การวิจัยเรื่องการศึกษาศึกษาพฤติกรรมผู้ใช้งาน iOS, Android, Windows Mobile, BlackBerry มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมของผู้ใช้งาน Smartphone กับ ทัศนะคติเกี่ยวกับระบบปฏิบัติการมือถือ ต่างๆ OS ของประชากรที่ใช้ Smartphone ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีวิธีดำเนินการวิจัย กล่าวคือ ประชากร คือ ประชากรที่ใช้ Smartphoneในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 313 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งแบ่งเป็น 3 ส่วน จำนวน 313 ชุด
