Abstract
This research propose to decrease the transportation cost of cash distribution from three distributioncenters delivered to 4076 service points by using Cluster First – Route Second technique. Newconcept of assignment problem with time window is presented in this paper for clustering. A GroupSweep Algorithm which is modified from a traditional Sweep Algorithm combined with a nearestneighbor search is also presented as the routing methodology. Application software has developedusing PHP to interface with MySQL and AMPL with CPLEX (10.0) to friendly to used and can flexble tochange various parameters. The result shows that 11 vehicle can be reduced resulting in costreduction in a total amount of 5,852,910 Bath per year.
