Abstract
Online Performance Appraisal System is the one of activities that is very essential in self assessment report (SAR) emphasis on the School of Engineering, University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce. This is because of reducing data redundancy for all teacher information i.e teaching, research, copyrights, school services and university services. This system is very good for decision support system to Appraisal each teacher all the time. It can be concluded that 89.7% of teachers arevery satisfaction to assess this system for update their data.
