Abstract
This article aims to present the essence of Computer Related Crimes Act B.E. 2550(2007) in Chapter 2: Competent Officials, such as official duties and responsibilities incase they act with or without a warrant. This article not only presents survey resultsrelated to this Act but also offers guidance and proposes recommendations whichmay be advantageous for related organizations.
