About 90% of theforeigners have come to Thailand in order to launch theirbusinesses or find out the employment in short-run orlong-run conditions. Serviced Apartments business stillhas many risk factors, which can affect the capacity ofentrepreneurs. One of the reasons is that if the economygradually declines, it will directly affect to foreigners whointerest to invest in Thailand.
