Abstract
This research proposes a mathematical model for studying multiple complex systemswith a common goal. It can be applied to problems in various areas of study, especially,in business organizations that long for efficiency and effectiveness. The combinatorialoptimization methodology is used to analyze the problem and the behavior of thesecomplex systems, which will also be a way to handle this NP-Complete problem. In addition, the problem will be computer simulated in order to examine the results on the systemperformance and the factors affecting those results.
